Hi everyone,
It’s getting close to Christmas now, and it is an exciting time as we have a new little baby cousin in our family, which was a very big unexpected surprise. Baby ‘Jack’ came 9 weeks early and my grandma says that he must have wanted to be here in time to get Christmas presents! Jack is my mum’s cousin’s little baby boy, and he is doing well.
I love sharing yummy recipe treats with kids, and the other day I made some Christmas shortbread. Everyone has eaten it already, so today I’m going to show you how to make this easy shortbread recipe. It’s a great easy recipe, and very tasty too.
I hope you enjoy making, and eating, your Christmas shortbread, and some more of the other Christmas recipes for kids also. Come back soon as I’m going to show you how to cook a delicious roast chicken. You could even surprise your family with this yummy, easy to prepare roast chicken.
See you all soon, and a very Merry Christmas to you!

It is coming up to Christmas time and I am going to be making some Christmas recipes on here over the next few weeks. In the meantime, I’d like to introduce my horses to you, Nugget, Cherry, Duke (my mum’s palomino) and Montana (she’s the smallest, and belongs to my grandma.)

Hi everyone,
Today I have a great drink to cool off with on a hot day. Fresh fruit juice is a delicous alternative to sugary drinks and is also fun to make. It’s good for you too, because there is no extra added sugar.
It’s a good idea to leave your fruit in the refrigerator for a while before making your fresh fruit juice so that it is nice and cold to drink. You can even add some ice to your drink to make it even cooler.
I hope you have a go and making some fresh fruit juice, and enjoy tasting it even more.
See you again next time

Hello everyone,
My grandma had a Chefs Toolbox party one day and the lady who was showing us the stuff let me make a pizza in the big square pan. It turned out really yummy, much to grandma’s amazement. Because they are all non stick pans, you just mix the pizza dough in the pan, spread it out and put all the pizza toppings on top of the dough. Then you cook it on the stove top with a lid on, instead of in the oven, and it turns out great. Claire gave grandma a copy of the Chefs toolbox stove top pizza recipe, so that I could make it for my site.
So here’s how you make it.
I thought it would be good to show you two different ways of making pizza. One way was the traditional way of cooking a home made pizza in the oven, and this second way is by using the Chefs toolbox stove top pizza method.
I hope you enjoyed watching.
Happy cooking

Hi everyone,
Today I’m sharing with all you junior ‘master chefs’ how I make a good old favorite – home made pizza.
I’m sharing this in a two part video series.
The first video, just below shows how I make the home made pizza dough.
This next video shows what toppings you can put on your pizza. The result is a beautiful home made pizza, as you will see for yourself.
I hope you have fun making your own home made pizza too. Next time I will be showing you how to make a pizza using the Chefs toolbox stove top pizza method.
If you would like the recipe for this home made pizza, I will be sharing it with you in my favourite recipes page very soon.
